The case arising from the recent fights between British bluejackets and American sail- ors of the U.S.S. Wilmington was heard before Mr. R. E. Lindsell at the Magistracy this afternoon, wben the Assistant Crown Solicitor opened the proceedings with A detailed statement of the fights, which were reported in this paper at the time.
