YESTERDAY'S CELEBRATIONS,
The calabrations in honour of the canonisation of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque were performed with due solemnity yesterday, when over a thousand persons, mostly young people, took part in
procession which was the largest of its kind bitherto hold in the Colony. The route of the procession from its commence- ment from the Roman Catholle Catheral was denoted by flags and arches of greenery, bearing] many inscriptions appropriate to the occasion.
