"The notice issued recently in the Leathos title amending the facilities for poor persons gel- ting divorce is not likely greatly to relieve the misery of unhap pity mated couples," said Mis Seaton Tiedaman, secretary of the Divorce Law Reform Asso- ciation, to a Daily Chronicle representative.
