"The notice issued recently in the Leathos title amending the facilities for poor persons gel- ting divorce is not likely greatly to relieve the misery of unhap pity mated couples," said Mis Seaton Tiedaman, secretary of the Divorce Law Reform Asso- ciation, to a Daily Chronicle representative.
According to the new regula- tions, "poor persons" applying for divorca are those whose usual income from all sources dogs not atreed a week, or such larger sum, not exceeding £4 a week, as a judge personally in the special circumstances direes,”
