Chicago, Aug. 25.

The Congressional Committee investigating campaign expenditure has summoned the chairmen of the Republican and Democratic cars paign committees. A telegram has been sent to Governor Cox inviting him to submit evidence in support of his charge that the Republicans raised a campaign fund of fiftten millions to farther Senator Harding's election.
