December, 1919, for the letting of the undermentioned Granite Quarries at Hongkong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, for one year from the 1st January, 1920.-

Notice is hereby given that at Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company will be held at the Offices of Messrs. Gibb Livingston & Co St George's Buildings Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong on Mon- day the 29th day of December 1919 at 11 o'clock in the forendon for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolution as an Ordin- ary Resolution
1. "That the conditional agree-
ment entered into bythe... Directors of the Company in the name and on behalf of the Company with Harrisons and Crosfield Limited dated the 10th day of December 1919 for the sale of the undertaking property and assets of the Company as existing on the 31st day of December 1918 subject to its liabilities, for the sum of $822,000 (Eight hundred. and twenty eight thousand. dollars) cash which has been submitted to this meeting bé - and the same is hereby ratified- and approved and that the Directors be and they are here- by authorised and directed to to carry the same. into effect with full power to assent to: any modifications to the Agreement which they may think expedient and in the interest of the Company": Copies of the above mentioned Agreement can be seen at the Registered Office of the Company St. George's Buildings, Chater Road, Victoria, aforesaid or st the offices of Messrs.
