KOREAN YUSEN KAISHA. On the 28th of April, the Korean Yusen Kaisha decided to increase its capital to Y6,000,000 from a.m.3,000,000. In the case of the old capital a call of Y25 has to be made per share in order to pay up the whole sum. One new share will be allotted to each holder of an old share. In regard to the time when the calls will be made it is still under consideration. It is said in this connection that the company has a fair sum in reserve and it is making investigations regarding the development of lines and the purchase of steamers.
