Japan receives the free disposition of Kiadehau to which she is entitled ander the Chino Japanese Treaty of 1915. Japan however will transfer Kisochan territory to China in due course. Other Chino-Japanese agreements are unaffected.

It is announced that the Kiauchau dispute has been satisfactorily settled. There are no details.
