The children of the Chinese Minister to the United States (Dr. Wellington Koo). The minister married a granddaughter of Prince Ching, the famous Chinese statesman, & daughter of Targ Shan-yi, the first Prime Minister of China under the Republic. Dr. Kao is now in Paris assisting at the Great Peace Conference.
