·June 23.-át o'clock this afternoon's fine and powerful new tug-bost, constructed by the Hongkong and Whampos Dock Company for the P. & O. 8. N. Co., started on a trial trip from tha P, & O. Wharf with "Mr. D. Gillies (Secretary of the Dock Co.) and several interested parties on board. The new launch has bean named Dragon.
