As regards the import of food commodities, further cases have of late been reported to the Im perial Merchant Services Guild. where captains and officers oa merebaut vekselk have been prevented from landing small supplies of commodities such as sugar, tea and thelike, which they have brought from abroad föt does mastic consumption in their own homes.
