·Conflicting Reports,
London, September 11,
It is difficult to reconcile some of the reports from Petrograd. For example, the news that Generale Kaledine, Denigne and Valuyeff are supporting General Korailoff conflicts, with M. Keroneky's statements that the anti-Government movement is collapsing. I should be remembered that up to the present only one side of the story has reached London. General Skobeleff's remarks to the Council of Workmen's and Soldiers' Delegates, cabled yesterday, indicate that General Korniloff has also issued a proclamation which has not yet been pablished.
It is significant that the Novose Fremga has been suppressed for publishing General Korniloff's proclamation.
