Yokohama, March 12.-Mr. Esigned by J. Moss, who died this morning, was one of the oldent residents iz the port, where he arrived in 1866, and joiard the staff of the Japan Herald, then under the editorship of Mr. J. R. Black. When, a year later, Mr. Black started the Japan] Gazette, Mr. Moss went with him as manager.
