CHARGE AGAINST MOTOR CYCLIST WITHDRAWN.

Before Mr. Razaland, at the Police Court this morning, sp- plication was made by the Police for the withdrawal of the charge against J. E. „Goldsborough, 10, Morrison Hill, Gap Road, of ziding or driving a motor cycle in Queen's Read East, on Christmas Day, in s manuer dangerous to the public.

It was stated that the lady whom it was alleged defendant had knocked down had DOW left the Colony and that she wished for a withdrawal of the summons against him.

The application was granted.
