BANK MANAGER ASSASSINATED.

Shanghai, January 10, The Manager of the Bank of Communications was assaminated can the border of the French and International Settlements on Sayur day evening. One strest has been made.

On Saturday evening an abortive attampi was made to blow up the Shanghai-Nanking Railway line at a point one mile from Shanghai.
