A New Oil Vessel Company. Under the aule of “Motorkapi,"

s company has been formed Christiania to take over four oil tink vessels, now being built by the Baltimore Shipbuilding Com pany, Baltimore. Two of the four boata are to be delivered in May, 1916, and two in October, 1916. They will all be fitted with three Bolinder motors of 500 to 600-k.p.- and three propellers. The dimren- sions are:-Length 325ft, breadth 47ft., depth 28it., and draught, loaded, it. They are being built to Lloyd's special survey, class 100 AL, on the Isharwood system. It is stated that the prios of each vessel is $425,000.
