Our Peking correspondent telegraphs that there is indignation amongst the Allied powers at Germany's continued abuse of China's neutrality, which is becoming dangerons to the Stats and is daily increasing, Gratuitous copies of a scandalous publication, giving a wholly falas history of the war, have been printed in English in Shanghai, and are being distributed to universaties and, sebaola, to Chinese officials and in the interior. The chief sgente of thij campaign are Major Dinkelmann and Captain Koenig, both Gar man officers who partook in the defence of Taingtan "but who are now employed by the Chinese Government.
Dinkelmann is a so-called military adviser, but he devotes his whole time to the German propaganda, unbeknown to the Chin- * Government. Koenig is employed by the President's eldest son.
