The Board of Directors have now to lay before the shareholders a statement of accounts, and. balance sheet for the year ending 31st December, 1914.
After allowing" for directors' and auditors' fees, and providing $99,372.70 for depreciation oa the Company'a buildings, mach inery, steamer, launches, lighters, etc., as per Articles of Association, the net profit, including the surs brought forward from the pre- vious year, amounts to $315 716. 27, which it is recommended should be applied as follows: - To the writing off
