1.It is hereby notified, that during the continuance of the War all outgoing or respondence must be posted at the Genor- al Post Office or at any of its Branch Oficer.

$. Ships' Offcorsare strictly forbidden to receive on board their vessel any correspondence from the Fublic.

3.Shipmasters are not allowed to place or expose on board their vesela lotter bozen for the purpose of colleating curros pondence; all such boxes fourd exposed on board their vessia will be removed and returned to the General Post Office.
