Victoria and the Panama.' Melbourne, Sept. 29.-The Sinte Cabinet decided to-day that, Victoria should coatigue its pre- parations to be represented at the Panama Exhibition. A letter was recolved from the Trime Minister, intimating that the Commonwealth was prepared to carry out its undertaking to be. represented, and asking whether | Victoria would co-operate. Sir Alexander Peacock stated at the close of the meeting that the Cabinet bad.considered whether it was possible for, Victoria to draw out.
