The prosecution of accessories to the crime at Sarajevo is another demand to which Servia, if she is clean-handed in the matter, can offer no reasonable objection ; but the demand that each suppression, prosecutions and punishment shall be undertaken in collabora tion with the Austrian Govern- mont is an infringement of the sovereignty of Servia - and al humiliation of the King and Government which can only have been intended to provoke war.
