Chinese Mining Regulations, China's Mining Regulations are feat becoming, proverbial: it would be interesting to ascertain how many freeh editions there: have been during the last ten years, but it would require a very skilled and patient investigator to discover in them any evidence of aeerious attempt to grapple with a real need. The process of their production must by now be practically mechanical scarcely.
