Pensions for Mongolian Princes,

Owing to the reorganisation of the Bureau for Mongolion and· Tibetan Affairs a large amount of funde has been expended, and inj spite of repeated application for fande by the said Bureau, the Ministry of Finance has not raised à aufficient amount to cover its expenditure. In order to make both ends meet the Director of the Bureau has appropriated the pensions for the Mongolian princes. Now the princes claim their pensions but the Bureau has no funds to meet their demand. The Director of the said Boreau is, now in a very awkward situation and requests have been made to the Ministry of Finance for fonds to satisfy the princes,
