We found the specimen of this milk which was submitted to us to be in excellent condition and perfectly sweet and fresh tasting.

There were no proservatives present, and the milk kopt sound for several days after opening. Its composition according to our analysis was as follows: Fat, 3.57 per cent; casein, 3.68 per cont; milk sugar, 4.75 por cont; mineral matter 0.70 percent. This analysis evidences good quality, and the milk when taken from the tin was a perfectly homogeneous'. fluid with no trace of separated solids."
