The General Managers submit a statement of the Company's accounts for the year 1913.

ILolading $8,335,88 brought forward from the previous year, and after deducting $10,000 paid as an interim dividend of $2 per share on 18th August, 1913, the balance at credit of Profit and Losa Account is $37,356,12 which it is recommended should be appro- priated as follows:-
