It is stated that the Admiralty are considering a number of pro- asposal for improving the defendes of Sootland, and providing fur- ther accommodation for war craft which
may be stationed on the east or west couste. This applies particularly to the Firth of Forth, where, it is understand, a com prebereive schema" of defence is to be carried out.
