The Chung Hus, a sengg enation dredger, which has been built by Werf Gusto, Firni A. F. Smulders, Schiedam (Holland), to the order of the Hai-Ho Conser vanoy Commission, Tientsin, for the droging works at the Taku STEAMSHIP CU Bar, has left for her destination under her own steam. The vessel Sailing date.is 38 metres long by 10 metres beam, and is capable of smoking at a depth of 8 metres. SOME FEATURES OF SERVICE.

On August 21 there was launch ed at Port Glasgow the steel screw steamer Radja, which is intended for pilgrim transport and general trade with the East.
