CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
The Fausang Murder Case.
This morning at the adjourned Criminal Sessions the Chief Jus- tice, Sir William Rees Davies K.O., and a jury, had before them the case in which Chi Yad-tin is charged with the murder of a person to the Attorney-General unknown, on board the B.8. Fan- sang on June 1.1913.
The prisoner pleaded not guilty.
