The report f the Strathmore Rubber Compay, Ltd., for the year ended 31 December, 1912, states that the urop amounted to 21,688 lbs; the grove averago price realised da 1.60d per lb, the Lost of production fab, port Swettenham, 28 2.82d, and the selling charges 330d per 16. The 'estimated crop for the carrent year is 50,000 lbs. The company halde two thirds of the issued ospital of the Ulu. Buloh (Solongor) Rabber Company. It 18 propsted to acquire the whole of the Regals of the Ulu Buloh Rubber Company on the basis of abare for share, the Strathmore Company paying the liabilities and expenses of winding up. It 1 proposed to increase the capital- from £65,000 to 85 000. After writing off the balance of prolira- inary expenses there is a credit. balance of £3,222, out of which the directora propose to "pay a dividend of 5 por cent., less tax, leaving £680 to be carried for- ward.
