The O. P. R. 8.8. Empress of India arrived at Vancouver B.C., on the 26th ult., at 8 p.m.
The C. P. R. 6.9, Empress of Japan arrived at Kobe at 7.30 p.m.. on the 2nd inst., due to arrive at Yokohama at noon on the 4th inst. The C.P.R.as Monteagle arriv- ed at Yokohama at midnight, on the 3rd inst., due to arrive at Kobe at 8 a.m., on the 6th inst.
ENGLISH MAIL.
The P. &O.ss. Delta left Singa- pore for this port on the 3rd inst., at 3 p.m., with the outward. Eng- liah mails, and is due here on the 8th inst., at 6 8.m.
GERMAN MAIL.
The I. G. M. s.s. Goeben, carry- ing the German Mails with dates from Berlin of the 16th uit.. left Colombo on the 4th inst., and may be expected here on the 15th inst. MERCHANT STEAMERS The P. & O. Uaylon, is expected. to arrive at Colombo on the 7th inst, st 6 p.m.
