The roport for presentation to the shareholders at the twenty- nath ordinary general meeting, to be held at the office of the company, on Saturday, 21st Sep- tember, at noon state :-

The general managers beg to submit to the shareholders their report on the twenty-ninth year's working of the company, oading June 30th 1912.

After paying all running ex- *penses, dooking harges, premia of insurance, remuneration to the onsulting ommittee and Buditors' fees, there remains a balance at credit of profit and loss account of $37,715.24 which with the approval of shareholders, it is proposed to appropriate as followsTo pay a dividend of "3 per cent on the capital of the "Company, absorbing 30,000 "and to carry the balance of 87,751.24 to the reserve fund, "and it is further proposed to "transfor from this fund a sum "of $38,132.74 in order to provide "for depreciation of the com- "pany's Properties." The re- Barve fund will then stand at $120,000.
