Resignation of Chinese Finance
Minister
Harung has endeavoured to conciliato the opposition by soeking a modification of the terms of the proposed contract. in China and tliersby to secure financial control of the country but that it is entirely a matter of – meeting the requirements of the European money-markets, where money is tightor than it used to be, while the situation in China lends itself to public distrust.
