Pacific Railway Campany for the conveyance of mails between Liverpool and Hongkong, los been published by the Govern bmont. The company undertakes to convey the mails onca in every three weeks during the summer, Boason and onco in overy, four weeks during the winter season in each direction by way of Halifax, St. John, Quebec or Rimouski and Vancouver,, The trains and mail ships to be provided by the com pany and the conveyanch ja bo conducted throughout as one continuous and complete service.
