feeling in the Rubbor Sharo Market, to which we alluded ja our Report of Wednesday last, -has become pronounced, during the week, had a considorable amount of gond-class buying is now in evilence. The rise of 2d. t 3d. por lb. shown at the fortnightly auctions of Plantation Rubber which commenced yester day has, of course, had, an encouraging effect, but what has exorcised a deeper and more in- portant influence upon the eluare marked is tho-announcement of larg "forward" sales of rubbar for the loding plantation cam-" panies, Contracts have been onterad into freely for the delivery of No, 1 Rubber throughout the the year 1912, in about equal monthly quantities, at 4-6 por·lb. and upwards.
