Teaders will be received at the Office of the Government Secretary, Sandakan, up to 12 o'clock noon on the 1st day of October, 1910, for the purchase of the exclusive privileges of the Farms enumerated. below for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years commencing on the at January, 1911,

The Farms above referred to are the Opam, Spirit, Gambling, and Pawnbroking Farms for the whole or part of the State.
