Cinton, 4th April It has already been reported that a proposal is on foot to establish a lunatic asylum in Gan ton under the auspices of the committee of the Red Cross Society. H.E. Viceroy. Yeas has given instructions to both the Nambol and Pau Yu Magistrates to select a suitable place, with out loss of time, for the erection of the proposed lostitution.
