The Hongkong cricket ground is, as many renders will know, a very small one. During the whole of the time the Straits cricketers were there, it was beautifully fine, if rather obilly on one or two days. The wicket was fast and easy throughout, though occasionally it bowlers, but, barng the Hongkong innings bumped a bit. It was disheartening work for
