On the 15th at 12.15 p.-The barametr has fallen quickly in the Philippines owing to the typhoon which is moving toranda W.N.W. over S. Ludo.
Pressure is giving way over S. China and Formosa.
The depression lying over N.E. Japap yoster. -day in moving away over the Pacific.
Fressar is highest over China to the North of the Upper Yangize.
Bad weather may be expected over the N.E. part of the Chian Sea, and strong N.E. winds to gain in the Formosa Channel.
Hongkong Rainfall for the 24 hours anding at team to-day, Goo inches.
