In June, 1905, reports were asked for by the British Government at the instance of the Board of Trade on the subject of the laws and regulations in force in British colonies and possessions, in dadia, and in the various foreign countries governing the registration of commercial firms, with especial reference to the question whether such firms are required to register the sames of all responsible partners and of persons who are authorised to aign dod act on their behalf, says the Britisk Trade Review.
