The Japan Chronicle of 15th Nov, saJA –ĀS reported in our columns yesterday, no agena. ment relating to railways in Manchuria has been signed in Feking by Mr. Abe, Secretary In the Japanese Legation, and Mr. Liang, of the Chinese Post Office Department.
