The shallow depression is moving Eastwards over the Lower Yangtze, and the depression lylog over the Sea of Japan yesterday, is mov- ing into the Pacific to the E of Hokkaido,

Gradients are slight in the South, and mod- erate monsoon may be expected in the Formosa Channel and the N. part of the China Sea. --

Hongkong Rainfall for the 24 hours ending at 10 am: 10-day, poo inches.
