The Emperor of China's Birthday.

LONDON, 25th July,

The Chinese Mighter in London gave a dinner in honour of the Emperor of China's birthday, those present including Mr. Her bert Gladstone; 1 ord Fitzmaurice, Sir Robert Han, the Lord Mayor, and numerous diplo- matists.
