The Scallo Pont Intelligencer publishes the following Vactoaver despatch, dated April 11:The story of the ..Em oss of China's nautical expedition of laat Ucimber to explore the bottom of Hurrard inlet at ber þier was i part told in Judge. Morrison's "Churt to-day. The story will close in the Supreme Court of Shanghai, where the British-American Tobacco. Company is suing the C. P. The claim is for 46,505 Mexican dollars, the popular currency of Shanghai, equal to $23,500 in Canadian mopsy. According to the bill of lading the CrP. "Interference, if you like," The other witnesses will be examined on Mon. day. The C. P.
