On the 9th at 10 The barometer has risert moderately on the China coast, and fallen considerably in W. Japan. S

The depression is now off the S.W. const of Japan, and it appears to be moving towards N.E. Pressure is highest over N. China,

Fresh N.E. winds are expected to set again In the Formosa Channel and the N. part of the China Sea.”
