STAFF Sergeant E. Norton, of Mount Austin Harracks, charged three men before Mr. F. A. Hazeland, at the Police Court, this morning and with theit. The men were alleged to have,

Wills the $30 due him for wages, for which Mr. Wills had secured judgment with cosis: Mr. McAuliffe said that he had no money and had been coinpelled to sell all his things to secure funds with which to buy food.
