Building within the CENTRAL DIVISION of the CITY OF VICTORIA and the WESTERN DIVISION of KAU-LUNG óccupied by members of more than one family must be. CLEANSED and LIMEWASHED THROUGHOUT by the owner during the months of September 'and October.
N.B.-The word "Throughout" ared in this notice means that the Houses should be Lime washed in respect of all the Wails of each Room and Staircase, all Cubicle Partitions, Stair Casings and Stair Linings, all Ceilings and the Undersides of Koofs both in Main Buildings, Offices and Servants' Quarters and inclusive of Verandahs.
