A weekly contemporary expresses great in greater vagus as an athletle recreation, trea surprise that whereas rock climbing was never climbing, except among boys, has nearly died out. The latter sport affords quite as much excitement, and requires as strong-nerves, as the former, while there is a sense of serial flotation when on the topmost boughs of which the mountain climber has no experience.
