A NEW CODE.

We have received from the Hongkong. Observatory a new code of meteorological- siguals which comes into force at Hongkong on New Year's Day. They are the same ab those at present in use at Shanghai, and will be fuisted on the mast beside the lime-bali ni Kowloon Point for the information of masters of vessels leaving the port. They do not neces earily imply that bad weather is expected. The signals are as follows:-
