We have received from the Hongkon Observatory a now code of meteorological,

on New Year's Day. They are the same as those at present in use at Shanghai, and will be boisted on the mast beside the time-ball at Kowloon Paint for the information of masters of vessels leaving the port. They do not nates: sarily imply that bad weather is expected. The signals are as follows
