Captain Shozo Takahashi, of the Japanese sailing ship Sumiyoshi Maru, which was seized by a Russian destroyer all Fort Arther on Sept. 12, was released from Pigeon Bay on the 3rd ut, leaving there in a junk, which afterwards was seized by a Japanese picket boat and taken to Dalny. Mr. Takahashi arrived at Chefoo on the 24th ult, and related his adventures to
